Count on Me Service Culture Certification

Count on Me® is Wyndham Hotels & Resorts’ signature service culture, built on three pillars and nine service behaviors that inspire every team member to:

Wyndham University provides Count on Me Certification training through live webinars designed for hotel teams and leaders who want to strengthen and model this culture across their property.

This interactive session is ideal for all hotel team members—including managers—who want to earn their Count on Me certification. Offered in both English and Spanish, the webinar fulfills the required training for certification and supports team members in confidently living the Count on Me behaviors.
Participants should have access to the COM Service Culture Certification Participant Guide and COM Pocket Card during the session.
